13.01.2022 So here's a little story for you all. My bride, Eleni from @bleached.hair 's favourite flowers are sunflowers and that was her one request for her bridal bouquet. My question for you is, have you ever seen a bridal bouquet with sunflowers that wasn't rustic? Yeah me neither. Eleni isn't about the rustic vibe, she's all about the modern luxe vibe! Many of us florists have a Facebook group that we turn to when we need advice or direction. Never have i needed direction bef...ore on a design but I wanted to nail this for her and to be honest I was a little lost. So I reached out to this group looking for inspiration on a "modern luxe vibe with sunflowers". I had so many comments and all but one were discouraging! It was super disappointing to read. I even had someone who said I should educate my client and get her to choose another feature flower. The moral of the story here is. A good florist will bring your vision or request to life using their skills and knowledge. If you know what you're doing and are as determined as me you can make it work.
