The boxes stacked up are a side of beef done for one of our favourite customers,Renee Eves. The total price paid was $1600. The attached photo is the receipt for the same side of beef but scanned in at retail price. You do the maths and work out the savings. We are happy to cut and pack into equal portions if you wish to share with family or friends.

12.01.2022 Just a heads up that quality scotch fillets are becoming difficult to source. This is due to reduced capacity in eastern states abattoirs and boning rooms to process the cattle needed to meet demand. This means that local product will be sent over east and sold at greatly inflated prices. Imagine how much the company whose label is on the packet below will gouge the Aussie battlers who think they get a good deal shopping at a supermarket. FYI, this packet was sold in a remote area of WA prior to the COVID panic buying.
