Chipotle salt 45ml El Espolon tequila 10ml Mezcal 15ml Lime Juice 5 ml Sugar Syrup Coupe glass Directions: Cover half the glass rim with lime juice and dip in chipotle salt. Muddle 3 (shaved) small pieces of ginger in shaker, add all remaining ingredients with ice. Shake and double strain into glass, enjoy!
