For these creamy oats you will need 1/2 cup buckwheat groats (I used @bobsredmill creamy buckwheat cereal) Pinch salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 serve protein powder (I used @proteinsuppliesaustralia vegan protein ) 1 cup almond milk 1 cup water Add buckwheat groats, salt, cinnamon, almond milk and water to a small pot and heat on high. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer on low heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. After 10 minutes, turn off heat.
