23.01.2022 We’re pleased to now have Jomeis Fine Food’s nutritional lattes in stock. The range includes turmeric latte, beetroot latte, spicy ginger latte and cacao latte. In convenient package sizes and rich in beneficial nutrients, they are great for a warming drink on cold winter days!

14.01.2022 This is an update for customers on opening hours for Natural Food Market: - the shop will be open on the public holiday Monday 8th June over normal business hours (8.30am - 5.30pm). However, the usual Monday Healthybake bread delivery will be on Tuesday. - there is a minor change to future Saturday trading hours, which will now be 9.00am - 4.30pm - also please note that there will be no Strada bread deliveries next week - finally, a reminder that phone orders and home delivery are available

Sheena has a bachelor's degree in clinical nutrition, advanced diploma in Naturopathy and loves to share her knowledge to help people achieve optimal health. Having worked in the health industry for over 15 years she has a wealth of information with a particular interest in gut health, using food as medicine and child nutrition. As a naturopath, I believe that we all have the innate ability to heal ourselves, we just need to provide our bodies and minds with the correct tools to do so, explains Sheena. In her spare time Sheena enjoys pottering in her garden and spending time with her 2 young children. She will be in the shop on Wednesdays and Saturdays so please pop in and say hi

13.01.2022 Milawa organic eggs are on special this week at Natural Food Market for $7 per dozen. The eggs are free range (maximum density of 500 birds per hectare) and the hens graze on certified organic pastures.

12.01.2022 The Monday market delivery has arrived with plenty of fresh, seasonal organic produce - Fuji and Pink Lady apples, navel oranges, cauliflower, zucchini, red capsicum, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and carrots

07.01.2022 Just to update customers on opening hours and product availability over Easter: - the shop will be closed on Good Friday (10th April) and Easter Sunday (12th April), but open normal trading hours on Saturday 11th and Monday 13th - Strada bread deliveries this week will be on Tuesday and Thursday, with the next delivery after Easter on Tuesday 14th - Healthybake bread will be delivered on Wednesday this week, not the usual Thursday delivery. Please note there will be no Health...ybake deliveries in the week after Easter, with the next delivery on Monday 20th April - please contact us if you would like to order a particular type of bread over this period and we will endeavour to assist, depending on product availability - all other regular product deliveries will be as normal: eggs (Tuesday) and milk (Wednesday) - also please note that we are now offering a home delivery service for phone orders See more

04.01.2022 Hand sanitiser purchase options: To help reduce disposal of plastic bottles and enable re-use, hand sanitiser can now be purchased as a refill or using your own container. To purchase this way you can either: - bring in the original 280ml container and refill for $12.50 (vs $15 when purchased new - see photo below); or - bring your own container and purchase any volume at cost rate of $45 per litre
