Starting this week, we have not only implemented safe distances, reduced staff hours and kept out stringent cleaning processes in place, but we have also introduced a screening process for all clients to ensure YOUR safety is our top priority. So what else are we doing?... 1. Asking every client these questions on entry: - do you have any cold symptoms? - have you or someone you have been in contact with been overseas lately? - have you had any contact with anyone that is a confirmed case of ‘that thing that shall not be named’? If you answer yes, we will organise a new appointment for you at a later, safer date. 2. Asking that every client uses hand sanitiser or washes their hands prior to entry 3. Asking that all clients maintain a ‘safe space’ and adhere to social distancing protocol.
