22.01.2022 Whilst I’m not massaging, I’m growing. Hope everyone is enjoying the slower pace, and getting ready for our new life ahead.

21.01.2022 This is a sad day. After working from three rooms (the gym, the chiropractor and home), for the past three years, I have decided to make my time more efficient so that I can concentrate on the next part of my career, teaching infant massage. Sadly to do this I have made the decision to stop working out of the Thrive For Life Gym, at Narrabeen. I’ve had so much fun with Steven and the team these past years, and it’s so hard to let go, but it’s time for me to follow my dream of teaching mums,dads,grandparents and carers the wonderful skills that will create happy healthy babies and kids. I will still be working from Mona Vale Chiropractors and from home. If anyone is interested in hiring a room, give Steven a call. It’s a great place, and I’ll miss it.

21.01.2022 Hello my beautiful clients. It’s been so long since I have had the opportunity to help you all. You are always on my mind, and although I am aware that as a therapeutic massage therapist, I am considered an essential worker, I am not risking any of you at this time. In my life, I have three of the men in our home still going out to work in the building industry. I keep thinking of the beautiful woman who went to work with just a scratchy throat, and sadly infected so many people. My priority is always to do no harm to my clients, and as I cannot promise that, I won’t be putting anyone at risk. It won’t be long and you’ll all be back on my table, still then, take care and be kind to each other
