11.01.2022 Some days, especially when I get home at 9pm from a workout, dinner is not all it should be! I try to eat well and ensure I'm getting enough greens and protein but sometimes a drink and Bhuja is required That's when I am very glad I discovered JP+, I can have my little lapses and know my body is still getting heaps of fruit, veg and whole grains. Certainly won't make a habit of it but good to have a guilt free treat from time to time!
