25.01.2022 Mothers day is creeping up, are you prepared for a pampering? Here is just a few things in my range which i would love to share with you. *The butters smell Devine and are so hydrating. *The clays work wonders for face and body.... *The lavender hydrosol is lovely with the clay or on its own as a linen spray or skin/wound healer. *The charcoal gets your teeth incredibly clean. *The sprays are so lovely!! Bush fresh - with peppermint eucalyptus is refreshing. Bush calm - insanely good and calming blend of eucalyptus and clary sage. Devine embrace - A comforting and grounding blend of vanilla and Paulo santo. *and last but not least.... The chamomile bath oil. Omg!!! 22.01.2022 Looks like the saffron milk top foraging season is over, still plenty of fungus to check out though and we have just planted some wood loving edibles on the property which will hopefully fruit later this year. 12.01.2022 The doors of the sanctuary are still currently closed but I'm working hard to update facilities and expand on offerings while creating a new normal /covid safe plan that will work for us in the future. Sad that I haven't had thd opportunity to share the space with others right now with how amazing the garden is looking but at least I can share with you all few photos in the mean time. Keep positive, enjoy any little moment you can while working on your inner garden. My heart... blooms for the collective at this time. Taking care of ourselves and each other we will get through this together.

09.01.2022 As the Aquarius moon shone upon us I was given clouds... It reminds me of Victoria's current situation. I'm SO grateful for the ability to see beauty in this moment and for this lesson you taught me long ago.... ... I just want to say to everyone stop.... breath.... look.... There is no point spending our next lock down hating on each other and feeling sorry for ourselves, that is a dark cloud indeed! That is the darkness of doubts and the fears of the unknown that forms gremlins in the shadows. Gremlins that are fed by our negativity. We dont need to focus there... we don't need to give them any of our power. Instead focus on the light which is even more beautiful with the presence of the shadowing cloud filter, the light that illuminates the sky dispite the noise in front of us.... that's where we need to focus. Focus past the gremlin shadows and negativity to the light... ...The light the trees reach for. Trees that have stayed put in one place for the REAL long hall, We have nothing to complain about in comparison and here they are, they have lived through many seasons and changes and not only survived but grown to be tall and strong. Let us stand together like these trees. We are not alone in this act of solidarity for the greater good. As we do, it might be helpful to quiet our minds and focus on the positives... Find your gratitude in what you do have in this moment not what you dont... Start in your own space what do you appreciate? Even if it's the most basic of things, a roof over your head, hot water, a bed. Be mindful and practice this daily. This is a test on humanity to shift in its selfishness. Find your gratitude, find your peace. Focus on the positive light not the clouds of confusion and gremlins of negativity. 06.01.2022 I've been pretty quiet on social media of late as I have been busy home schooling my beautiful munchkin and the challanges that come with that and isolation. It's been a challanging time for everyone and I would just like to give you all a shout out to say. WELL DONE!! well done getting through it so far, well done for doing what you can when things have gotten pretty dark. Together we've got this!!... I truly feel it has been a time for inner reflection and workings. I know it's a process and we all have our moments, we can't find the light without moving through the shadows as they say so keep going and I'm only a phone, video call or msg away if you need support.
