24.01.2022 1L custom invites full of our crowd favourite Kolsch for the Arc of Aleautia premier November 7th. See you at the Apollonian Hotel, Boreen Point from 5pm Roark #noosabeer

21.01.2022 We have a new beer on tap this week, welcoming the Summer Saison Brewed from the base of our Kolsch this is an excellent example of how much affect yeast has on a beer. Fermented warm with a Belgian saison strain which gives us an apricot, bubblegum up-front sweetness, a dandelion / herbal bitter aroma and a bitter orange peel pallet with a crisp / dry finish. The perfect beer to welcome the heat

20.01.2022 Father’s Day, the ultimate day to come and grab some takeaways and enjoy at your dads favourite spot

20.01.2022 Hello fresh beer A pilot batch Red Pilsner made as a SMASH (single malt & single hop) with Voyager, Super Munich 40 malt & NZ Wakatu. You will get a slight raisin & dough taste. Only a couple of kegs & looks like it’s pouring pretty quickly so come on down if you are keen to try

18.01.2022 Land & Sea Brewery in Noosaville and 'Fortune' Noosa Heads Distillery combine forces as we share our passion for great craft beer and fine spirits with the world.

18.01.2022 Save the date! The 28th of November we will be taking you on a journey through pioneering & traditional beer styles from across Australia & New Zealand at our trail head in paradise - Noosa QLD This idea stemmed from wanting to support the breweries that have spent the last few months in locked down without being able to share their craft... and us craft lovers unable to go on trips to taste what is being created in the other states. So for our series launch, you will na...vigate your way through 18 guest taps from across the border & trek through some of the most intrepid Pale Ales & IPAS our industry has to offer. Embrace the allure of the unknown, one sip at a time https://www.facebook.com/events/196169295098959/

13.01.2022 We are open today from 12 - late. Who's joining us for a beer?

07.01.2022 Our happy hour starts at 4pm on weekdays #cheerstonobaddays

07.01.2022 We have officially made the switch to Eco -friendly compostable beer holders These guys are tree-free and plastic-free made from reclaimed and rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp. Helping us step towards our goal to reduce our environmental impact so we can drink our favourite beer in our favourite location (and preserve it) #noosabeer

06.01.2022 We have been trying our best to shorten the link between Paddock & Pint here at Land & Sea over the last year and to increase transparency with our production. We love to support local or Australian businesses as much as possible because we appreciate your support immensely and we understand it is a two way street. We are stoked to have discovered Voyager Craft Malt earlier in the year - who produce small batch artisanal, single origin malts from their own locally grown and ...regionally sourced seasonal grains in the Riverina NSW. When we are talking about malt in beer, we are talking about the use of maltose, the sugars found in grains such as oat, triticale, barley, wheat that are turned into alcohol in the beer making process. Beer by beer we have made the switch to use Voyager Craft Malt and as of yesterday, every single one of our beers are now made with 100% Australian grown / produced malt. How cool is that! #noosabeer https://www.landandseabrewery.com//as-of-yesterday-we-now-
