25.01.2022 I recently built a brand new website for Deni Castle Noosa Real Estate. Whilst Deni is a part of the Ray White group, she loves to implement her own style and flare to her marketing as an individual agent. Side note: EVERY agent should be doing this!!... It took me 24 hours to build Deni's new website and launch it online. If there's one thing my clients can rely on, it's that I am FAST when it comes to turning a simple brief into a work of art in the scheme of things. Deni had been communicating with another developer for MONTHS with no result. I honestly wasn't having a bar of it, so I stepped in to provide an immediate solution. The photography by @realview_images makes the end result look even better! Fun fact: The video on the home page is the view from Deni's office. What a dream!

24.01.2022 Are you in need of a social media glow up? When I first met with Deni, she knew her digital profile was in need of a transformation. There was just no way the profile pictured on the left reflected her elegant style, vibrant personality or experience (25 years worth, to be exact!) as a prestige real estate agent. Since taking over management of Deni's social media accounts, she has organically increased her following significantly, reached buyers and sellers Australi...a-wide and her local community is getting to know who she is, what her values are and how she came to be one of the most sought-after agents in her marketplace. SPECIAL OFFER If you've been thinking about appointing a social media manager to look after your real estate digital profile, I am offering all new clients 50% off their first 3 months when signing up before 30 November 2020. Have all your content created and published for just $350 per month, saving you over $1,000 altogether and a whole lot of time. For more information about our social media management service: Direct message Lauren Call or text 0411 620 545 Email [email protected] See more

24.01.2022 Brendon Urie joins Jimmy and The Roots to perform a social-distancing remix of Queen and David Bowie's hit "Under Pressure" with instruments found at home while in quarantine.

24.01.2022 If there's one team I simply LOVE working with, it's @denicastlenoosa and her PA, Nicky. Deni has a certain elegance about her that is like no other, and there is always something to learn when she is in the room. She has been selling real estate for 25 years and her knowledge of the industry is absolutely outstanding. One of my favourite memories with Deni is a time where she pulled out a Form 6 and Contract from the 90's and told us all about the buying and selling journe...y all those years ago. Let me tell you, a lot has changed since then, and that's not the only fascinating real estate story that Deni has up her sleeve. Another thing that I love about Deni is that she completely embraces the digital age. She understands that whilst we can stick to some of the basics, we always need to reimagine and reinvent ourselves to stay relevant. She is, without a doubt, an agent of the future. I am incredibly grateful to be working with such phenomenal women in the industry.

23.01.2022 Did you hear the news? Searches for property on the market have increased by 40.6% in comparison to last year! How insane is that?! If you’ve got a client looking to sell, now is the time. Here’s the graph to prove it:

23.01.2022 You might be wondering...How much does it cost to outsource a professional social media manager? Best suited to real estate professionals that want an expert to take control of their social media presence; our most popular social media management package, The Brand Builder, is AUD $700.00 per month.* Now, this particular package includes:... Monthly layout including 12-15 posts Design of any personalised tiles in your branding Professional copywriting for each post Full layout for your approval Advanced scheduling of all posts End of month report You can also personalise your package by selecting any of the following add-on's at an additional cost per month: Daily engagement with your audience Paid ad strategy and schedule Real-time filming for Stories Blogs, articles or editorials What's the catch? There's no catch...but we will only work with good people who value their peers as much as their customers. It's as simple as that. If you're in real estate and you need a social media manager, or just a bit of marketing advice - send Lauren a message! She'd be stoked to help you out. *AUD $770.00 inclusive of GST.

21.01.2022 Social media was built for socialising and keeping the world connected, not for advertising. That's why the best ad out there doesn't look like an ad at all. By focusing on creating an authentic relationship with your digital audience, buyers and sellers will guide themselves towards investing in your service. No hard selling techniques needed. ... Just be yourself. After all, there's no other agent out there quite like you.

20.01.2022 Last month, I stayed in a gorgeous $2.5m home in the Sanctuary Cove estate on Hope Island with 8 of my girlfriends. (Thanks AirBnb ) On the first morning, my friend and I took the golf buggy for a spin to grab coffee for everyone in the house. As we passed all of the homes throughout the estate, she could see that I was just so fascinated by the design of each individual property, and she said "You are just in real estate heaven right now, aren't you?". Safe to say she was r...ight. The thing is, I just love #realestatelife

20.01.2022 Completely obsessed with @sonderandstone's everlasting flower arrangements. The perfect gift for buyers and sellers at settlement time! I can't wait to get a new bouquet for my own home.

19.01.2022 THE NOOSA WOMAN TURNS ONE! Turns out time really does fly when you’re busy having fun. (Of course, that is the reason the 1 is backwards ) COVID even tried to interrupt my groove. What. A. Laugh.... For as long as I can remember, I’ve had an unwavering desire to help others achieve their goals. As a tiddler (as my late Nan would say), I knew that I would be a businesswoman someday and that I would work in a creative field. But I had no idea what that would look like... Fast forward to today - I am so lucky to say that I love what I do and I love the people that I get to do it with. (I’ve been saying that all year actually ) Of course, I have my clients to thank for being my absolute #dreamteam You are all sensational. As well as my incredible Dad and fabulous step Mum (both famous via My Salty Life - check it out), and my friends for supporting me every step of the way and helping me make some very tough decisions! Here’s to round two You better believe it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. #sendwine #businessbirthday #businesschicks #womeninrealestate #realestatemarketing

19.01.2022 Anyone else do this?

18.01.2022 Main Beach taking my breath away every evening. This view never gets old

18.01.2022 At TNW, our highest values are treating others with kindness, supporting our community, and providing opportunities for others to learn and grow wherever we can. It is extremely important to us that we work with real estate businesses that reflect these standards. In particular, our clients are people that value their team as much as their customer. We are very proud to be working with some of the countries most remarkable real estate businesses, including Ray White, Reed & ...Co. Estate Agents, Harcourts, Digital Live and more. They are all a part of what makes our #dreamteam

18.01.2022 What's the secret behind building your real estate social media profile organically? Consistency and authenticity. In the digital age, we are so spoilt for choice that buyers and sellers no longer want just any agent to assist them with their real estate goals. ... Social media is an opportunity for your audience to really get to know you and one of the best ways to connect with your digital audience on a personal level is by talking to the camera on your story everyday. Yes, it seems a bit weird at first, but by humanising yourself as an agent, your audience will feel like they know you so well that by the time they get in contact with you, all you have to do is show them where to sign. What are you waiting for?

17.01.2022 When was the last time you made an investment in something without researching it online?

16.01.2022 How did I decide to start my own business at such a young age? Reason #1: I wanted to create a positive working environment for myself (and others in the future). I've always been an incredibly driven and motivated person...a workaholic if you will. I worked my a** off for the wrong people for a number of years (too many years, really) with little progression (simply because it wasn't offered) and eventually realised that sometimes you just have to create what you want ...to be a part of. Reason #2: I wanted to have a platform that would help me help more people. Whilst I enjoyed working in agencies, there was always a burning desire inside of me to do more. I've always loved helping others and that is something that will only become more prevalent as my business grows. And last but not least... Reason #3: Even though I had a Bachelor degree in design and marketing along with a number of years worth of experience up my sleeve, as a young woman, my professional opinion was never taken seriously. People would say to me "you aren't good enough", "you're not ready" and legitimately "you are just a number". To those people, I say thank you for your unwanted opinion. Please sit back and watch me teach real estate professionals around the country how to slay their marketplace by implementing epic print and digital design into their business. Reason #4: Why the heck not? Today, I can happily say that I love my job, I love my clients and I love my life. Game changer. (Beautiful photo by @halfway_wholeistic) See more

16.01.2022 THANK YOU For all the wonderful messages over the last week. It has been a huge year for me, both personally and professionally, and I honestly couldn't have achieved it all without you. I've got much bigger plans for round two, so stay tuned for what I intend to be one of the most memorable years of my life I can't wait to share my journey with you!... Photo @emelinaah See more

15.01.2022 Every time I read this, I smile from ear to ear. The hustle is 100% worth it. #grateful

15.01.2022 Loved working with Reed & Co. Estate Agents to re-design their property brochure earlier this year. The new design includes even more information for buyers, yet it is presented in a bite sized document. It's easy for the team to edit and print, looks classy as hell on display, and the compact design means it's a little better for the environment than the previous version. What will we come up with next, you ask? ... Stay tuned to find out...

14.01.2022 Is it just me.. or are these hanging chairs just the most beautiful AND comfortable pieces of furniture known to man kind? I simply cannot resist. Photo @sea_tribe

14.01.2022 I’m loving seeing more things like this online lately.

14.01.2022 A flashback to one of my favourite designs... I was so honoured to support the Noosa Hospital, Loyal Foundation and Humpty Dumpty Foundation by designing these beautiful invitations and programs for the Inaugural Charity Gala Dinner hosted by Reed & Co. Estate Agents. I always love a foil print and these designs looked absolutely seamless in hand. Printed by the team at Your Print Group.

13.01.2022 Social media is the digital equivalent to knocking on every prospective buyer, seller, investor or tenants door around the world. How are you reinventing your real estate business to free up more time to be out in the field, listing and signing deals? Photo: einteriors. design

12.01.2022 As a designer, I have 1000 new ideas on my mind all the time. I currently have 610 notes in my iPhone and I'd actually put money on 90% of those being a list of some form. To-do lists, follow up lists, packing lists, goal lists, dream furniture lists, finance lists - you name it, I've put it on a list! At this point, you could probably classify me as a bit of a hoarder of lists. At least I'm eco-conscious about it. We hear the saying, "Work smarter, not harder!" a lot. One of... the tools that has been an absolute game changer for my business AND my life is Later.com. At the moment, I manage 12 real estate social media accounts and Later.com allows me to put all of this magic into one place. I schedule everything in advance and I don't have to spend a single second thinking about any of the content going online at the right time, because I know that Later.com has me covered. If you feel like you have limited time to organise your social media content, and you're running on a low budget, then you need to check out Later.com. YES, social media can be time consuming however, the connections that you have the opportunity make online are worth every minute. Now I have time to tick everything off my lists...and maybe do a bit of decluttering

09.01.2022 Lucky me - I have been a BUSY BEE over the last few months working with my clients to ensure that they are all over social media; keeping their buyers, sellers, investors and tenants updated as we get through the uncertainty of this pandemic together. I am also very excited to introduce the EPIC team at @harcourtsnoosa to TNW. @zeke__oneill recently returned from America, where he was working with the crew at Harcourts Corporate as an Auction Growth Manager, but COVID brought... him back to Australia and he's here to take the Noosa market by storm. In the short time that I have known Zeke, I can tell that he is going to be an agent to watch - so keep those eyes peeled! The team also launched their latest development - Harcourts TV - which is all about sharing the incredible people and businesses that make Noosa the world-wide dream location that it is. Make sure you check out the first episode available now on their Insta TV or Facebook! Filmed by the fantastic Matt from @thinkblinktv, who also recently had a bit of a brand makeover. It's all happening here in Noosa!

09.01.2022 People LOVE people. One of the most important things that you can do on social media is show who you are. Last month, I took a trip down to Brisbane to spend the day with Kate @thelatest_ to do a shoot for my new branding direction.... I loved hanging out at her home photography studio. I was super nervous in front of the camera at first, but she helped me settle in and before we knew it, we were having so much fun! Kate's studio was exactly 150km from my house on the Sunshine Coast - just in case you were wondering. She has a gorgeous space and she is just so easy to work with. If you are an agent local to Brisbane and you need some new lifestyle shots, I highly recommend paying Kate a visit. I already can't wait to head down for my next shoot! Side note - I am also really looking forward to Peter Mochrie's session at @digitallive2020 in October, so I can learn all his tricks when it comes to looking awesome in front of the camera.

06.01.2022 2020 has, so far, been the year of completely embracing change. I have always been addicted to learning from others to expand my understanding of perspective. If you know me well, then you'll know that I'm a serious listener. I love that every person sees everything so differently to the next. In times of change, we are forced to look at things from a different angle and consider how we can reinvent ourselves to adapt and thrive. ... 2020 has brought an absolute whirlwind of change to many businesses, but it has also motivated people to bring new ideas and innovations to the table - things that probably wouldn't have been seriously considered before. We're often surprised by what we can accomplish when we are pushed outside of our comfort zones. Perhaps we should venture outside of them more often... Photo | @einteriors. design See more

06.01.2022 I was recently watching one of @lisanovak_novakproperties live videos and she mentioned that a lot of agents are great at reporting a sale, but they often forget to tell the story. She honestly couldn’t have said it any better. To win more listings, you need to win a sellers trust. To win a sellers trust, you need to build a relationship. To build a relationship, you need to start a conversation. To start a conversation, you need to be prepared to tell your story...authenti...cally. Also - not everyone is going to like your story, but who really gives a ?! If you keep putting it off because you are worried that it is lame or you are afraid that some people won’t like it, just know that you are savouring relationships with people that (a) aren’t worth your concern and (b) probably wouldn’t consider investing in your service anyway. My best advice is to forget about them. By telling your story, you will attract your dream client. Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but that doesn’t sound lame to me. What are you actually waiting for?

06.01.2022 Feeling a bit like this with your real estate business as of recent? Here are a few ways working with TNW will make your life easier every day: + You get to focus on being out in the marketplace; winning listings and signing deals.... + You save time and stress, while we take care of your social media presence, making meaningful connections with your online audience. + We make sure your branding and message are remarkably clear, so your audience recognises your content, even without your logo! + We talk-the-talk and walk-the-walk (we've got a background in real estate sales), so you don't need to worry about constantly going back and forth with amendments to your monthly content plan. Sound like this could a game changer for your real estate business? Send us a DM for more info.

06.01.2022 I picked up the phone the other day to a call from one of my real estate idols and they told me that they had been feeling really demotivated lately. You know what, I've been feeling a little bit like that, too. So, I decided to write a blog about how you can kick those endorphins (happy chemicals) back into action. You can read it here: www.thenoosawoman.com.au/blog/motivation

05.01.2022 It’s okay not to be okay. As a part of Mental Health May, on this episode of House Hustlers the podcast, I’m sharing my personal experience struggling with mental health illnesses and we talk about the effect that mental health has on the Australian real estate industry as a whole. Mental health illnesses are becoming significantly more prevalent in today’s society, and it’s time to start openly talking about it. Download now on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.

05.01.2022 LIVING for Zeke O'Neill - Harcourts new listing at Parkridge Noosa.

05.01.2022 Absolutely adore the crisp white design of @the_coastalbarndream At first glance, this looks like a coastal inspired kitchen space, but it’s actually the laundry! Talk about pristine presentation throughout. This one is going straight into the #dreamhome collection.

04.01.2022 Need help managing your real estate business social media account? We understand that making sure your agency looks good, sounds good AND shows up consistently online is not only time consuming, but a little bit overwhelming. You could probably save A LOT of time and stress by appointing someone to take care of it all for you...... That's where Lauren comes in. For as little as $175 per week, Lauren will make sure that your agency appears as an active competitor in your marketplace, so your team can focus on being out in the field; listing and signing more deals. What's her secret? Lauren's journey into the real estate industry started as one of those can-do-it-all sales administrators. Her career progressed over a number of years until she decided to combine her skills as a pro graphic designer and copywriter with her new found passion for property, and launched TNW. She even has a real estate license of her own... yeah, this lady is legit. Now she wants to help YOU by making your social media presence look and sound EPIC. Or as some of her clients say, "Jazz it up, Lauren style!" So, if you've been looking for a social media manager for your real estate business, look no further. Lauren has got you covered.

04.01.2022 For those of you that don't know, I am yet to purchase my first home. Even though I don't plan to buy for a few more years, my eyes are on my desired marketplace EVERY day. Sometimes, when I'm looking at photos of properties or interior inspiration, I get SO excited about taking that next step.... As an agent or real estate business owner, that is how all of your buyers and sellers should feel, before they even make direct contact with you. How do you achieve it? Here are 3 simple things that you can do: Showing up online is just as important as showing up in person. Make sure your social media is up to date. If your last post was 2 months ago, some people might think you've shut up shop for good. It's cool to be creative, but it's important to stick between the lines. Make sure you are using the correct fonts and colours across all of your marketing material. Hire a great property photographer and use them for every shoot. If you want to take one step further, hire a stylist as well. These people are what really put that twinkle in your buyers eye. Photo | @puresaltinteriors

03.01.2022 Mark Hodgkinson has to be one of the most genuine real estate agents that I have met. He has a wonderfully vibrant personality combined with an undeniable passion for the outdoors and his community; allowing him to connect with people in a way that is unlike any other agent in the area. I love it when I come across Mark's Story on Facebook or Instagram, as he shares a motivational quote with his followers each day. Earlier this year, we worked on some print marketing materia...l together and set Mark up with a few staple social media tiles that he could use on his profile consistently. Thank you to Mark and the team at Reed & Co. Estate Agents for having me.
