Euro-Center Sydney is looking for a full time Claims Consultant Our team is responsible for: Local Claims and Assistance Services. Communication & logistics for travel and medical insurance claims for policyholders and clients. Communicating and liaising with medical providers throughout Oceania and Japan. Assisting clients and medical providers with their enquiries Data entry review and process claims, claim invoices & payments in a timely manner Providing outstanding customer service to both medical providers, policy holders and our customers Handling email and phone enquiries in a prompt and professional manner Liaising with internal departments internationally Preparing and sending routine correspondence and other documents using company templates This role will include some after-hours ‘on call’ work, on a rostered basis. To be successful in this role Essential: Fluent (verbal and written communication skills) in English and a Scandinavian Language. Must have Australian permanent work visa.
