22.01.2022 Some days we need a reminder to surround ourselves with those who hold you up those who vibration is similar to yours or that maybe vibrate slightly higher to help lift you up. This week I have felt the need to surround myself with those people, whether it be in person or simply reaching out via phone or msg. We all go through the ups and downs of this roller coaster we call life. Our daily practices can decrease the severity of the size of the dips but it can still be a ...bumpy ride.
