12.01.2022 Ever wanted to learn about what style of meditation is best suited to you and your current lifestyle? Did you know that there are many styles of meditation and or breathwork? Some are simple and some are a little more challenging, however it's all about starting. The word yoga means movement and breath. The sound 'aaahh' in the word yoga means simply breathe. ... When we look at yoga, we know that when we move and breathe we grow closer to inner peace and enlightenment. And I've learnt more recently that all religions and belief sectors have a 'Deity' or 'Guru' that shares this same sound 'aaahh'. Budha, Allah, Messiah, Jehovah, Krishna, and so many more. So what is this telling us? I believe we are being told that 'breath' could be the pathway to growth and enlightenment. Through breath, we seek truth. So if breath is important, where do we start? Here are some styles that you may want to research? 1. Walking meditation 2. Mindfulness 3. Guided meditation 4. Theta healing meditation (soundwave) 5. Transcendental meditation As a part of The Nourish Codes, we explore a little more deeply the styles of meditation and take you through a process. 11.01.2022 Kicking the week off with a . Every now and then it's good to give the body a rest from meat , in particular red meat. The trillions of microorganisms living in our bodies are collectively called the microbiome. Increasingly, these microorganisms are recognized as crucial to our overall health: not only do they help us digest our food, but they produce critical nutrients, train our immune systems, turn genes on and off, keep our gut tissue healthy, and ...help protect us from cancer. Plant foods help shape a healthy intestinal microbiome. The fiber in plant foods promotes the growth of friendly bacteria in our guts. On the other hand, fiber-poor diets (such as those that are high in dairy, eggs, and meat) can foster the growth of disease-promoting bacteria Do you or have you considered swapping meat out for a veggie alternative during the week ? And if so, how do you feel after doing so ? Many report feeling lighter, losing weight, improved lymphatic drainage, and lower cholesterol.

The sound ‘aaaahhh’ is in Yo-ga, Messi-ah, Bud-ha, All-ah, Jehov-ah and many more. ‘Aaah’ means breath and breath is a state of calm, connectedness to self, a place to see, hear and feel LIFE. It will allow you to come back to heart. If we understand that we are all one planet; one heartbeat and one consciousness; the...n if we all sit and breathe, we will heal together.
