Then come along to Kimberley's guided mindfulness practice every Monday evening at the studio. 40 minutes to be rested in body and mind, where an inner space is created and you step back into reality more calm, centred and clear. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.... All you need is comfy clothes, a yoga mat or towel (or you can hire a mat for $2 if you don't have one).
