If you love a bowl of creamy porridge, but are uninspired by the usual additions. We would like to show you some ways to increase the appeal and the nutritional value (stay tuned for more ) * * * Creamy porridge for 2: ... Combine 2/3 cup oats, 2/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup (160ml) water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil. Cook, stirring, for 23 minutes or until oats are soft and creamy. Serve. * Today's additions - 1 medjool date chopped finely (we love how the sweetness of the date infuses through the oats as they warm) and 20g of crushed walnuts.
