25.01.2022 Eating real food doesn't have to be hard. Keep it simple and easy. Start your day with fats and protein - eggs, avocado and sprouted banana bread with tahini and coconut homemade spread. Marinate chicken in lime juice, coriander and olive oil. Make a snack of sulphur free apricots and fresh macadamia sprea or a chia pudding with coconut milk, dash of maple syrup and fresh berries.



24.01.2022 Bit of Sunday afternoon baking to christen the new oven! 1/2 cup of Star Anise Organics activated cinnamon buckwheat grounded into a flour 3/4 cup almond meal 2 bananas mashed 1 tsp baking powder... 2 eggs 2 tbsp ABC spread 2 -3 tbsp organic maple syrup 1 tbsp ovvio Organics 'all things nice' spice. Mix well to combine in a bowl. Pour into lined baking tray and bake for approx 40min at 160degrees. YUM! See more

In this loaf we combined - 1 cup Bare Blends choc protein powder 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 tsp baking powder ... 2 eggs 1 jar of cashew spread Generous 1/2 cup maple syrup 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp slippery elm powder (optional) Baked at around 160 for 40-45 min. #perfectafternoonsnack.

19.01.2022 This is definately going to be a regular weekly meal. Pan fried chicken tenders coated in desiccated coconut, Himalayan salt, paprika and ground coriander. Coconut oil and paprika roasted sweet potato chips, avo and cucumber slices and coconut wraps. Now that's a wrap! Quick and simple Sunday night dinner.

17.01.2022 Whatever your flavour - get some collagen into your post workout or morning smoothie. If chocolate is not your thing, try some cinnamon and vanilla bean powder. Use organic frozen berries instead of banana or use frozen mango and coconut milk instead of the coconut water and banana



15.01.2022 Sunday night food prep and dinner! Reusing my About Life smoothie jars with a coconut kefir choc smoothie. Dinner was yummy chilli coriander chicken breasts from About Life served with some tomatoes, bocconcini and basil drizzled with olive oil and Himalayan salt and a side salad of fresh spinach, avocado and a dressing made with coconut aminos, raw honey and ABC spread. Easy, simple and so delicious!

13.01.2022 Inspired by Star Anise Organic breakfast workshop on the weekend. Testing out the Japanese omelette for brekky this morning - hits the spot. Incredibly simple, quick, easy and super tasty. Eggs, coconut aminos or organic tamari sauce, nori sheets and activated sesame seeds. THAT'S IT! YUM!

10.01.2022 Smoothie come ice cream I want ice cream for dessert tomorrow night coz it's Friday and someones birthday Blitzed up frozen banana, coconut milk, organic vanilla bean powder, organic maple syrup and some gelatin. Keep an eye out for the finished product tmw night.

Made these chicken meatballs yesterday so they would be ready to throw with greens for dinner. 1 PKt organic chicken mince 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 tsp paprika, ground cumin and ground coriander Himalayan salt and pepper... Some fresh parsley chopped 2 eggs 1 tbsp coconut aminos Mix all ingredients together to combine and roll into meatballs. 04.01.2022 Just pulled this from the oven homemade choc banana bread. #makeuptherecipeasigoalong!!! 3 mashed bananas 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup Bare Blends choc protein powder (optional) 2 heaped tbsp cacao powder... 1 tsp gluten free baking powder 3 eggs 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 2-3 heaped tbsp creamed organic honey. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Pour into bread loaf and bake @180 for approx 40min. I sprinkled half the loaf with Brazil nuts on top!
