25.01.2022 Waking the Witches ~ please share this far and wide and quickly The therapeutic effects of Menstrual Blood Stem Cells (Men...SCs) are not limited to their pluripotency, (the ability of a cell to develop into the three primary germ cell layers of the early embryo and therefore into all cells of the adult body) but extend to their anti-inflammatory action, tropic stimulations to augment endogenous regeneration process, and fusion with other progenitor (a biological cell that, like a stem cell, has a tendency to differentiate into a specific type of cell) cells at impaired sites, etc. In other words our Menstrual Blood (purposefully) has healing qualities. 06.01.2022 I spent the evening celebrating a friend's birthday by doing a pottery class with Nick @studioenki It was really interesting to observe the internal process I went through as I learnt how to use the wheel. It showed me the stories i tell myself. Every day i sit with women showing them how to breathe more deeply in to their pelvis, to listen to their body and its deep wisdom. ... The experience with pottery was very similar. I found myself concentrating so hard and 'trying' to do it but this kept me in my headspace. As soon as Nick talked to me about the importance of dropping into my body, focussing more on what my body was doing, my posture, my breath, the whole experience changed. Your internal work truly is reflected externally!
