Many stepping out of comfort zones (including myself) and ultimately recognising we have more in common than differences. We are all connected Retreats are an amazing way to press reset, rebalance and remember who we truly are. Often the world can feel so fast paced and overwhelming. ... The joy I see on people faces after a treatment in The Nurture Room is one thing however the love and connection experienced after a few days on retreat together is really something quite profound. Away from all expectations, other than those we impose on ourselves. Having recently accepted an opportunity to support a team of Therapists in an amazing location down in Tasmania, Denise will not be offering treatments here in Hervey Bay until she has completed this contract. ... ‘I would like to thank all my clients/friends in advance for their support with this transition. Hervey Bay is our home however I am embracing change. We moved here to set up a Day Spa on Fraser Island some 13 years ago and our family has since been embraced by such a nurturing community. 10.01.2022 So it seems it is time for us all to press pause.... Time for self reflection. The Nurture Room has always been about getting back to basics. Nurturing of mind, body and spirit. Currently it will not involve physical connection... it seems we need to find a new way of being. What a huge shift for our planet ... As challenging as it is, I am staying away from the drama and search deep for the lessons. This is where the growth is. How we each personally navigate this time will direct how we move forward as one. So much is shifting right now and I feel like I am riding the wave. I am not saying it has all been rainbows and butterflies however I totally understand that often dark times are where the growth is What is your word for 2019? I am continuously inspired by the amazing souls working their magic in this new world we find ourselves in Lovely to be back home in Hervey Bay and grateful to be of service in our community in these times of change. Even though I have not reopened for ‘hands on’ treatments at this stage, I will be in touch with those of you who have sent me a private message as soon as I am in a position to nurtur...e you further.
