21.01.2022 Lose track of what you are eating? It’s great from time to time to write a food diary to reflect on what you are or are not consuming. As I use plant proteins as my main source of protein, I like to check in with myself to ensure that I am getting what I need for good health. I like to use the app Chronometer which is a preferred app for Nutritionists #chronometer#trackit#changeitup#healthyeating#protein#carbs#fats#balance#lifestyle#

11.01.2022 These vegan corn fritters are so good but you could make these with eggs from the original recipes. They are so crispy and delicious, taste good warm or cold, and are so easy to make without a disaster! I made this many from this recipe! Ingredients- 420 gram tin of corn or fresh equivalent, 1/4 red onion, 1 cup of parsley, mint or coriander - whatever you like, I just mixed the 3, 2 cup of plant based milk to replace 2 eggs, 1/2 cup gluten free flour, 1 teaspoon of gf baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon iodised salt, 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper, 2 teaspoons curry powder. Vary the taste, in this batch I cut the curry and also added some capsicum and mushrooms. Mix and cook in a frying pan with some olive oil #vegan#healthyeating#

10.01.2022 I love this recipe it’s so easy and delicious! Ingredients and method - 1 container of grape or cherry tomatoes sliced in half, salt, pepper, sprinkle of oregano and some olive oil. Cook these in oven until soft, put some pasta onto boil, I love gluten free bows for this recipe, cook around 2 cups cup of sliced mushrooms in a little olive oil with 2 cloves of crushed garlic, add 2 teaspoons of dried oregano, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup mixed herbs such as parsley and basil (fresh), sauté! Drain the pasta but keep one cup of the liquid and add to the pasta! Add the juice of one lemon, Serve with some Parmesan cheese or cashew cream vegan cheese #vegetarian#vegan#option#changeitup#healthyeating#foodlover#
