Richard & Sarah are wonderful supporters of the Theodore Campdraft and have sponsored this event for an extremely long time. They have both played important roles within various community groups and donate so much time and money to help them all run smoothly. 11.01.2022 BIG NEWS and we are calling for educated opinions!! We have managed to secure funding to.. wait for it... RE SURFACE the ARENA!! ... So here’s the deal! All material must be sourced and purchased locally, which is great! We are building the new surface on top of black soil so sand is not ideal to lay down first. We will strip about half a foot of topsoil off and then roll to lay the new surface which we would like to go to about 6-8 inches deep. Crusher dust is looking to be the option but because the arena is not only used for campdrafting we need to be mindful of other activities that will be held in it. As competitors that compete we’d like to hear what you find great to compete on and is best for your horse etc. OR what you have done in your arenas etc. HIT US!

10.01.2022 IMPORTANT With the heaviest hearts we have to inform you all that due to the dry conditions the cattle that we were using are not in a strong state to be trucked up to 200km and to be run. The safety and welfare of the cattle and competitors is the first and foremost priority and we feel that it would be best if the cattle were not put under that stress. So, we regret to inform you but we have had to make the hard call to CANCEL our 2019 Campdraft. ... You hear her before you see her... not only because she is vertically challenged..slightly... but because she has a voice and knows how to use it ... She can and will carry those 1's to get that score added in a flash!! ... Ladies and Gentleman let's give it up for our 2019 announcer....
