18.01.2022 Its so easy to be pulled into sugar cravings especially when there is added stress. I know in the last lock down I piled the weight on without noticing until it was way out of control. Ive since joined the most amazing outdoor Gym and aim to do 5 pt sessions a week plus have cut out all sugars, most dairy and all grains. But, I was struggling to get through all the water needed but my saviour is Smart and Sassy Essential Oil. I love it in carbonated water and now don...t have a problem with my water in take at all. 14.01.2022 When I go away I am renowned for over packing. I take everything I may possibly need for any occasion that may suddenly transpire. My newly realised problem with this is that it simply becomes over whelming and I find this when I have packed too many oils - I end up just using 1 or 2. I now have my oils whittled down to a select few that now come away with me (and now I use all of them). My travel oils are: On Guard, Lavender, Litsea, Peppermint, Lemongrass, Motivate, Peace..., Salubelle, Wild Orange, Lavender Peace, Adaptive and Frankincense. With these and my diffuser Im set. 01.01.2022 This seriously is AMAZING! I have gone years without pimples and now I have them again... I never remembered my younger selfs pimples being as sore as these are. Ive tried all options to get rid of them but these really didnt help me ... then doing some more research came across Arborvitae being great for blemishes. 2 days ago I rubbed it into my pimple (sore, raised etc) and today you cant even tell I had one!
