24.01.2022 Spring is in the air.... My son has woken up with ‘the sniffles’ again today so we have Lavender, Lemon & Spearmint diffusing to clear the airways! It’s usually a Peppermint, Lemon, Lavender combo but I’m just loving Spearmint at the moment.

21.01.2022 I’ve gone with an early morning ‘Sweet Spring’ blend today! The sweetness of Tangerine & the tang of Green Mandarin balanced out with the strength of Basil. I actually used the new Tulsi or Holy Basil which hasn’t hit AUS yet

20.01.2022 Well it’s the last day of term here so I’ve gone with the calming & sweet blend Adaptiv and some added zing with Wild Orange & Black Pepper! The citrus adds some positivity & uplift while the Black Pepper balances out the blend & fuels motivation.

19.01.2022 I’ve gone with Something Different today. I don’t often get the Sandalwoods out but I’ve added it’s calm to the uplifting Cheer blend today, along with a few sweet drops of Douglas Fir. Cheer is currently on sale (see yesterday’s post) so it seemed fitting to get it diffusing today!

18.01.2022 Looking for some Mid Week Calm? Then give this a try. It’s Peace with a hint of Tangerine and some Copaiba for added balance & calm! I’ve put it on because I’m ready to sit down and enjoy my coffee - I’ve just washed all the towels, bed sheets etc and changed the beds over to summer sheets (even though I know we’re getting another cold snap this weekend )... PS: Only do one drop of Peace if you want it less intense as the Peace blend really takes over

17.01.2022 I’m diffusing ‘Something Special’ today because......why not! Hinoki and Jasmine are part of my ‘special’ oil collection. Those precious oils that you put aside and hardly use because they’re expensive or limited. But I got them out today and I’m soo glad I did. ... Get those special oils out and pop them in your diffuser! It’s worth it

14.01.2022 SEASONAL BLEND It's that time of year....the pollen is in the air! My youngest son has been sniffling away all week! If you have seasonal irritations (think runny nose, watery eyes, can't breathe!) then this is the blend for you. ... Pop it into a roller and apply to all your sinus points & bridge of nose (be sure to keep your eyes closed when applying), roll onto a tissue or hankie, or alternatively roll onto the palms of your hands, cup them over your mouth and nose and take in some deep breaths. Or, diffuse the combination if you're at home during the day or at night. I’m about to pop this blend on now.

06.01.2022 I love new oils! Tulsi is hands down my favourite of these! I can’t stop sniffing the bottle At this stage it’s only available in the Pursue Convention kit from the US. Cross fingers that it becomes available as a regular oil soon though!
