Some time to forget about technology and keeping up with everything and everyone. Some time to reconnect with nature, fresh air and peace. Echo Farm, Mount Gambier isn't just about animals. 11.01.2022 Carolyn Perry placed the following on our visitor's post. It would be so good to have this displayed in Mount Gambier as it is as Carolyn says part of our histo...ry. I have just visited the Loxton Historical Village and one of the "shops" displayed a bootmaker's tools. It was amazing. Any ideas? "Anyone know where my Fathers at the very least 150 yr old work bench and grinding machinery can be stored as part of Mt. Gambiers history. As we don't have a museum in Mt Gambier I have approached the Millicent museum but they haven't got back to me yet and it has to be moved soon. I do have a place at Penola it can go to as a temporary placement, but would like somewhere permanent..... Thank you all Regards Carolyn Perry"
