Well after buying this place in 1990 determined to keep it alive for future generations I am now at the point where I can't keep up the ...maintenance & can't afford to live there without a job. My job is 500km away and should last until I'm 70yo (4 years away). I am looking for a potential buyer that has vision & energy with a respect for an historical icon that has charisma, intrigue &character. Structurally sound. Totally re-wired when I bought it (one of the 13 work orders I had to get off)Plumbing was upgraded to meet Shire requirements, filtered water connected. I had a battle for 10years to keep it & do maintenance & keep me alive only partly employed, My thanks to the ghosts & teenagers who helped me fulfil my dream of keeping it standing.
