It is often confused for being some sort if sexual connotation - here we dispel that and give intimacy back it's depth... Intimacy means creating an authentic connection. That is the definition of intimacy. Intimacy has more to do with shared moments than sexual interactions. Intimacy is linked with feelings of closeness, safety, trust and transparency among partners in a collaborative relationship.... For intimacy to be sustainable and nourishing it also requires trust, transparency and rituals of connection. Intimacy requires empathy - the ability to stand in the others shoes. This lens is the place to focus on the meanings of intimacy. A key ingredient in life, many of us would like more ot it.

13.01.2022 Wow, what a special weekend that has passed, one of our beautiful team members got to attend the Seven Sisters Festival out at Mt Martha. She is back glowing and full of feminine divine energy and strength. Hopefully we will see some of the women attending the Healing Centre for some post festival bliss.
