25.01.2022 I am very excited to present to you the latest iteration in domestic composting. This Mobil worm farm comes complete with live worms, a perspex sliding door, inbuilt filtration system and tap for collecting the highly sort after worm juice. These will eventually cost around $350 but as I'm still starting off and I was able to obtain these bins relatively cheaply, the smaller 120Ltr bins are a $150 and the 240Ltr bins are $200. There are limited numbers and its first in best dressed #compost #gardening @gardeningaustralia

24.01.2022 Good morning everyone. And what a beautiful one it is. We have some seedlings ready to go. In the Hutt there are some cauliflower and broccoli seedlings. Help yourself. I was thinking a dollar per seedling if you can afford it if not, just a happy home will be payment enough. In the hothouse, we also have some onions and some snow peas ready to go that are $1 each. The cauliflower and broccoli in the Hutt please help yourself but for the seedlings, I'll be home after 5 p.m. t...oday if you would like some. 23.01.2022 Good morning everyone. Life has been busy at my end so apologies for the lack of communication lately. Behind the scenes I have been preparing excitedly for spring. Over the weekend I'll give an update on what's in the hothouse. In conclusion it's looking fantastic. Of late a lot of people have been buying the boxes of worms and returning the boxes. That has been working really well and I have loved it every time I come down and see a box having been returned. The following ...video gives an idea of what's in the boxes. Just so you know, the compost bin which sits underneath the the honesty Hut eventually turns into the substance that's in this video and recently, the latest veggie garden that I built from recycled plastic planks was literally filled with 120l worth of our compost. It is the veggie garden that is closest to the timber fence, when you're walking past next have a look at the seedlings that have been placed in there and just how dark green and healthy they look. That box is going to be so full of life this spring it's going to be hard to control. A good problem to have. Exciting times ahead. Hope you're all well. See more

17.01.2022 Hi all. I have put out some broad beans and some spring onions + a new box of worms out. As the days are getting warmer, I will only start putting out Worms on a Friday for the weekend then return them back to their home for the rest of the week. If you would like some worms or anything specific please get in contact.

16.01.2022 Hi all. There is a plethora of coriander and mint avaliable at the moment. You can reach the coriander from outside the fence but the mint is currently behind the gate. I will swap it with another garden this afternoon so you can get to it. The coriander is going to seed at the moment so it will have to be removed in the next two weeks. Please help yourself before then.

16.01.2022 Bird boxes made from recycled fences. As stated in the video, I'm going to make up a few and stick them in the surrounding trees to encourage more birds in the area. I can't wait to see how well they work.

14.01.2022 Just before lockdown began in March, a new couple moved into the apartment complex who had a young child with them. Since they have been here, she has been locked up for literally months now with no one to play with. So we have built her a sandpit on wheels. So far the client is over the moon. The first night it was there, a cat decide to ingratiate it with a biological gift. Since then we have decided that it needed a lid. I've got big plans for that lid. When it opens there is soon going to be a moving Masterpiece inside. You'll see. Of all the things I have built so far during COVID, this is the one I'm most proud of. To see her smiling face was priceless. #covid #inventions

12.01.2022 We have some new items in the hut. Thanks to the amazing compost bins that I've recently begun building, I now have a substantial amount of compost and worms. If you are interested in a $5 box of worms or a 20 litre bucket of completed amazingly black full of nutrient compost for $20 please get in contact.

12.01.2022 Finally managed to get some olives bottled. These ones are rosemary and parsley infused. I will put them out on Saturday. If you are really keen for them get in contact and I will keep one aside. There is still more to come if you miss out.

10.01.2022 The newest edition to the mobile veggie garden family. Made from a recycled piece of 32mm form-ply and recycled plastic planks made in Shepparton. This box will last for ever. I have also turned the hot house back on this weekend in preparing for planting the spring seeds.

09.01.2022 Hi everyone. I have finally got around to putting some olives out. Please note, these ones are infused with Indian spices. If that's your thing they're great otherwise I will be putting out the herb infused olives again in the next few weeks.
