25.01.2022 We’ve resumed exploration activity at our Kyalla well site near Daly Waters. This is an exciting step forward for the Beetaloo Exploration project. This picture shows the site set up and ready to fracture stimulate then test the well's potential over the next few months. We have a robust COVID safety plan and additional controls in place so we can continue to safely carry out our exploration work. ... We’ll be sharing more in the coming weeks but in the meantime you can always get more information on our website - www.originbeetaloo.com.au

25.01.2022 Some groups who oppose what we do make a variety of alarmist claims about our exploration activities, with images that aren’t of us. Here’s a fact check.

23.01.2022 Since March 2020 we have played our part in contributing to keeping communities safe and now, as the NT starts its economic recovery, we are getting ready to resume activities. During our pause we have continued to monitor and maintain our well site. In the last fortnight a small team has returned to site to do assurance checks and make sure the camp is in top shape ready for activity to resume - as well as making sure we are COVIDSafe as per our Safety Management Plan. This ...exploration project, if successful, has the potential to create ongoing local jobs and deliver economic benefits to the NT. 20.01.2022 Prelim final today for the Elliott Hawks versus Ydu. Let’s go Hawks!

20.01.2022 Two years ago this patch of land on the edge of Elliott was scrub. Over the weekend the local team, the Elliott Hawks, hosted and played their first home game on one of the best new AFL standard community football ovals in the NT. For many years they’ve been making a 500km round trip to play matches in Tennant Creek, and what a game they played to mark the occasion, winning 150-23 over The Spitfires. We’re proud to be part of the team, along with Arnhem Earthmoving and Tripl...e P Contracting, that helped to build this new community facility in partnership with the Barkly Regional Council and others. Football is such an important part of community life in the Territory and now it has a new home in Elliott that will also be an important facility and meeting place for the community. 20.01.2022 We’ve made good progress since resuming activities last month. Fracture stimulation of our Kyalla well near Daly Waters has now been safely completed ahead of the wet season. Much of the equipment pictured on site will now pack up as we commence extended production testing in the coming weeks.

15.01.2022 As we prepare to resume exploration activity the safety of our workers and the community remains a priority. We have worked with the NT Government to ensure we have an approved COVID safety plan in place and have made several changes to how we’ll work on site. These include entering the Territory from non-hotspot areas and following health guidelines to ensure safe travel and safe practices whilst at work. ... Some of the additional measures we’re putting in place include travelling by chartered planes and buses so there’s no interaction with local communities; daily temperature checks for everyone on site; multiple hand sanitising stations; social distancing, restrictions on capacity in common areas and staggered dining in the mess. We also have a registered nurse paramedic on site. While COVID has presented new challenges, we’re committed to operating safely and have robust controls in place to continue our work. 15.01.2022 The safe and properly regulated development of onshore gas resources has the potential to transform the Territory's economy, creating sustained NT-based jobs, while delivering energy security to Australia. Maximising local employment and opportunities for local business will always be our goal. Find out more: https://www.originbeetaloo.com.au/business-case-studies

12.01.2022 Our relationship with our Native Title holders is an important part of how we work in the Beetaloo. This week we had the privilege to host them on site during fracking operations at our Kyalla site near Daly Waters. During their visit they were able to inspect all the equipment on-site, as well as spend time with our on-site specialists to see up close how the fracking process is safely undertaken and importantly how their land and water is protected.... We continue to engage closely with our host Traditional Owners who are the Native Title holders for where we are working.

08.01.2022 FACT CHECK: We understand some people will have different views on gas development and we welcome a healthy discussion on how we deliver Australia’s future energy. It needs however to be grounded in FACT. We will continue to follow this approach engaging with communities, sharing factual, scientifically based information that is directly applicable to the geology and geography of the area and activity being undertaken. For those outside the Territory, here’s the real headline on Page 12 of today’s NT News. See if you can spot the the difference.

05.01.2022 An important part of the fracture stimulation process is monitoring water levels and water quality before, during (after completion of each stage) and afterwards. Two water monitoring bores at the Kyalla site, located 20 metres from the well, allow for continuous automated monitoring, verified by daily manual sampling (pictured), of the two limestone aquifers in the area where we are working - the Anthony Lagoon Beds, which lies between 60 and 200 metres below surface, and th...e Gum Ridge formation, which lies between 200 and 400 metres below the surface. For context, the horizontal section of the well is nearly two kilometres below the surface in the Kyalla shale formation. Both purpose built monitoring bores are also used to collect independent samples as part of the NT government's strict regulatory requirements and are part of a wider regional water monitoring network. 02.01.2022 We’re getting behind the Elliott Hawks as they prepare for the ‘big dance’ this Saturday versus Sporties in Tennant Creek. Wishing the team all the best in the Grand Final. Go Hawks!
