23.01.2022 Today we welcome a new Account Manager to our team! Everyone, meet Simone We're absolutely thrilled to have her join the crew! We asked Simon to tell us a little about herself and why she loves PR; "My favourite part of PR is that no day is ever the same, you are always learning something new and challenging yourself. There is also nothing better than forming relationships with talented people whether that be clients, influencers or media. I am so excited to work with the beautiful TC team and a set of amazing new clients! Usual hobbies is anything outdoors, paddle boarding, hikes and spending time with family. 11.01.2022 2020... what a year! Throughout the months of lockdown, we've really stuck to what we love (and what keeps us occupied) and that included cleaning.. everything... TWICE! So much so that our favourite lockdown tool would have to have been our iRobot iRobot. The magical cleaning robot has changed the lives of countless Aussies and New Zealanders (including our own) with its high tech mops and vacuums, and our pups love it! Mates Against Melanoma work year around to fight this horrible disease and this campaign is specifically important to help spread awareness of National Skin Check Day on February 25. From Black Lives Matter, a pandemic, #wfh life, to the US election...SO much change. We are reflecting on how we've changed as a business and as humans. Today is a day intended to highlight the good deeds done in communities, cities and nations around the world, so we'll be making an extra special effort to be kind today and encourage you to do the same

06.01.2022 The AFL grand final might not be happening in it's home state of Victoria, but that doesn't mean we're not going to make the most of our public holiday and celebrate in style (to an extent, and no further than 25km from our homes, of course!). You can't have great teamwork if a member of the team isn’t pulling their weight. The best ideas often take an incredible amount of tenacity and self-motivation to pull off. These guys usually have a smaller following, at least over 3k but often a very engaged audience. If you're a micro-influencer, or trying your luck in influencing, we're giving you a virtual fist pump - we love you!

02.01.2022 We can't contain our excitement.. we're back! In the flesh! Last Thursday was the first day we've all been back into the office since we left early on a sweltering hot day in March as the talk of COVID-19 just got too much, we brought our laptops home with us 'just in case' something was to happen... Little did we know that the following day would be just the beginning of a long stretch of zoom calls, instant coffee and virtual Friday drinks. We were (extremely) happy to be back at Theory Crew HQ for a day of 2021 planning, and apart for some sad looking indoor plants - it's like we never left!
