The most enthusiastic and amazing change came from Carole Roseburgh. Congratulations!!! Carole is a single Mum, she has 4 wonderful children, and owns her own cleaning business. Carole lost over 25kg in weight, without fluctuation, good weight loss. But sacrifice also meant, restructuring her eating habits, making sure that there was nutrition throughout the day, exercising between sessions, reduced amounts of alcohol, reduced crappy foods.at the start it was hardbut did get easier, sometimes there were slip ups, but we are human.but now, because she has built a body that can withstand everyday addictions and pressures, Carole is able to go out and enjoy a night out without worrying about weight gain, and becoming unhealthy, recovery is awesomeCarole has restructured her lifestyle and be able to create new good habits to follow every-day. She is the Person She Wants To Be. Again, well done!!
