25.01.2022 Hi all we have received reports of TV aerial issues in some units. The NBN installation process has interfered with some of the splitters in the car park which has effected a few units. The NBN installers have been instructed to return several times to rectify. If you are still having issues could you please contact Lauren Spackman at Archers Body Corporate via your letting agent to coordinate splitter recalibration.

25.01.2022 With summer, and more doors being open, please remember to be thoughtful about your noise levels for your neighbours: parties, screaming children, barking dogs, slamming doors, etc. Brunswick Building heard: Last week hammering 5am twice Vaccuuming Tuesday 11:20pm ... Hammering Thursday 12.30am Drop Saw 10pm some nights (this is not unit 14 who were doing renovations earlier) As per notice on 2 November: A general guideline whereafter noise is not acceptable could be 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. If there is a noise issue, and you feel unsafe, then please contact the police immediately. 12.01.2022 If these bicycles are yours, please post here. As per previous warnings, these two closest bicycles are likely to be cut out and disposed of on Sunday night, they were unmarked and were not moved for Fridays clean.

11.01.2022 Noisy drilling works from 7:30am Wednesday from unit 16 Brunswick Street side top balcony. The whole balcony is being retiled. The worst will be over by noon, then some more noise in the afternoon. The following days will have sporadic noise.

11.01.2022 The Body corporate is interested to know whether most residents feel the visitors parking rules are useful - we have reined back over this coronavirus time, and there was enough parking, but today all the parks are full. Are the rules posted reasonable to ensure most genuine visitors get a parking most of the time?

Jess did an amazing job previously and managed to get them to adjust them back. 10.01.2022 The NBN install has messed up many TV receptions again. So far we seem to have issues with 2, 11 and 12 (again) 27 and 30. They are coming out soon (tomorrow maybe) please let us know by posting if your TV reception is not okay (other than those above).

08.01.2022 Just to let you know 2 cars were broken into at 4:30am today in the visitor parks. Hooded person with rego 164TUB. The owners have been notified with the video footage & they have to lodge with police. The thief just went for items in obvious sight so please get your visitors to hide obvious valuables if parked in the visitor parks.

08.01.2022 TV reception has been repaired (this only affected the Sydney Street side of the complex: 1,2,6,7,11,12,13,14 & 27-34). NBN will return this afternoon or tomorrow to fix Telstra Pay TV & Telstra internet. All free to air channels should be working again. If they are not - please do a retune & check before reporting (if you retuned during the down time - it would reset everything). Any issues, please post here.

07.01.2022 Renovation Works: this Wednesday and Thursday Unit 32. They will be sheeting and using a nail gun + some tile cutting.

06.01.2022 Our recycling bin is full to overflowing most weekends now, so please try to flatten cardboard boxes on the weekends and use it more during the week if possible. If it is full, please do not just dump the mixed rubbish on the ground. Crushable plastics do not go in this recycling bin, they are recycled at the bins at Coles. Please do not make it look like recycling when there is broken glass and rubbish food underneath.

04.01.2022 Visitors car parking was becoming an issue so the Body Corporate has started to monitor this more. Most cars are now following the rules and there have been more visitor parks. This car 266 LLH is first in line to be towed as it has parked 3 times outside the rules in 8 days:
