We had THE best day & it was our pleasure to be able to help people decorate, & embrace the BOO in all of you! Absolutely LOVED hearing all your ideas, plans and placements for your decorations & yummy spooky food to serve your guests! Balloons were such a hit this year too! 14.01.2022 To our valued customers, suppliers, family & friends. Weve come to the decision to close down The Party Place. This decision has not come lightly and after 2 years on the market, with wanting to spend more time with my family & opportunities on the horizon, its finally time. The Party Place has been my life for a long time now and the biggest reason why I am ready to move on was the realisation that my family especially my two girls are growing up and fast! The demands pla...ced on my family, extended family and friends during the week & weekends to help out is proving more & more hectic for my husband and I. Like most working Mums I have always been career driven and I am proud to be a working Mum, but I dont think I really understood until I was a working parent, the true feelings of stress and never ending guilt that comes with running a small business & finding that successful work life balance. I have learnt and grown so much from running my own small business and I have no regrets. It has definitely taught me to appreciate life. I wish to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who has supported The Party Place over the past 34 years and since I took over 5 years ago. I would like to thank my husband James, my two beautiful girls Anique & Kristen (who are desperate for me to be around more and do their hair on the weekends), my parents, family and friends- I could not have done this without you all. Thank you for allowing me to live out one of my life dreams! We will be offering 50% off everything (excluding helium balloons) over the next 6 weeks until June 30th so please come on in and grab some fabulous quality party supplies!
