25.01.2022 There are days when I feel unstoppable and want to take on the world And when I am on a roll I run with it .. I am slaying dragons ... I know my worth I am being of service I am supporting other women It feels amazing to be in alignment and congruent with my values. What I do What I am creating What I stand for AND Being of service to others and also making an impact .. It’s all falling in to place nicely What I have realised is becoming an entrepreneur isn’t about fitting inside a box ... Such as the box of being a coach or The box of having a business online or The box of just being a mum I get to do it all, have it all and all areas amplify my life and my businesses and my abundance. This is what lights me up and I support women in many different areas and it feels sooooooo good... 1. I support women in my coaching space by empowering them to have a strong sense of self.. to know their worth, to thrive and to find themselves again 2. I support women when their relationship ends by coaching them through the conscious uncoupling process to heal and to be better and not bitter 3. I support heart centred women who are self aware and committed to their growth to build a personal brand online. To become a conscious entrepreneur - the women who want to do good for the people, the planet and create impact. 20.01.2022 I am putting it out to the UNIVERSE I am speaking it into existence... I am declaring it now Call me crazy, this vision is so much bigger than me and it always has been. I am here to serve, my life has meaning when I give to others... and it scares me which I know is good. I am here to empower and support 1000 women to break free from what is holding them back from creating the life they desire and were born to have. To THRIVE in all areas of their life by supporting them to build an authentic brand online and to create conscious income online. 20.01.2022 MUM I CAN’T WALK I heard my son Kian crying out loud after he fell .. He was shouting mum I've broken my back and he was panicking. For those of you who know my youngest son he is the type of boy who could have a broken leg and say he is fine.... I knew something was wrong He couldn't tell me what had happened or how he fell I asked him if he could move his toes, legs and his fingers and he could. ‘Mum, I'm never going to play soccer again’ He was going to be ok however I knew his thoughts and his monkey mind had taken over, his breathing was shallow and he was starting to panic and his anxiety was kicking in. Thankfully I knew a tool to support Kian for his anxiety. I asked him how big Ronnie was (his name for his amygdala - fight or flight response) on a scale of 0- 10, Kian said 9. We focused on big deep belly breaths and I used the detective thinking technique to get Ronnie down the scale. He got reduced down to a 4. Phew... I won't go into the full details about the event however this experience was a perfect reminder for me to continue to be in the WORK of personal growth as this experience could have turned out so differently. The same week I was experiencing a moment of questioning everything, why am I doing the work with personal growth? I was saying to myself.. it's challenging, I just want to unlearn it all and what's the point and telling myself ignorance is bliss. I told a beautiful friend I don't want to be consciously aware anymore and he said. ‘Once you are awake Paulina you can't go back to sleep’.. You were chosen to be on this path of awakening’. It hit me I cannot unlearn or go back to sleep and I don’t want to. This is when the WORK kicks IN with: - everyday life events - relationships - uncomfortable courageous conversations - your children - your friendships - your family - my coaching Committing to doing the work day in day out not just when you are at an event or doing a course or program. It is committing to the work everyday, every hour and every minute, making conscious choices and commitments and showing up. I now know why I commit to my growth everyday because it's not just about me, it is about the people I am around, my boys, my loved one, my friends, my clients. Commit to yourself, commit to doing the WORK because it is worth it.

20.01.2022 DECLARE IT NOW.. I was crumbled and broken after my 17 year marriage ended and never knew my mess was going to be my message. I didn't want to play the victim and wanted the end of my marriage to be the catalyst to transform my life.... Once I could see clearly after being in a dark fog for many months I felt called to support other women to get through the darkness and find themselves again. But how was this even going to be possible? I had no self worth, no confidence, my beliefs about myself were ineffective, holding me back and self sabotage was rearing it’s ugly head. Not to mention my inner critic and the voice inside me that consumed me daily was ‘your not good enough’ and ‘there is no way you can support other people’. It wasn't until I was introduced to personal growth and the law of attraction from my coach that my world started to shift. Realising our thoughts create our reality and reading and listening to Abraham Hicks as well as doing the inner work changed everything. One thing that shifted my life was to create a focus statement of what I was calling in to my life. Back in 2017 I wrote: ‘I am so blessed and grateful I am a conscious uncoupling coach and counsellor impacting people around the world to seperate in a gracious and humble way and to empower people to grow, evolve and choose to be better and not bitter’. I read this each day and tapped into the feeling and visualising . Fast forward to 2020 after studying for three years I became a Conscious Uncoupling coach and counsellor and now an empowerment coach. My vision has expanded to empower women to THRIVE, RISE and SOARI love impacting and supporting beautiful women around the world Never underestimate the power of setting an intention... Your life transforms when you do the inner work and when you start getting into alignment with what you are calling in. Create one for yourself and see how your life transforms. 03.01.2022 YOU SPENT HOW MUCH????.. Do you know the difference between PRICE vs COST? The price is what you pay for an item and the cost is the lifetime value of it. ... So many people are put off by a price of an item but not actually considering the actual cost. For example: investing in a coach, program, educational platform or business the price may appear to be alot initially, however when you look at the investment of that expense over your lifetime and the impact, benefits it will have not just on your life but those around you is priceless and worth every dollar. The usual reaction I get from people when I tell them the cost of my Enagic kangen water machine is OMG ... However, since drinking the Kangen water my health has never been better, I feel alive, energised and feel at my best at the age of 45 my mum is converted now and she never drank water health is priceless. Yes the initial price may seem like a lot but this machine lasts 25 years, break down the cost over the years it works out to be only a coffee a week. It also comes down to how you look at it do you look at the PRICE or the COST? Many people just look at the price rather than looking at the overall cost over the lifetime and the benefits. Next time you make a purchase which is a large investment ask yourself the PRICE vs COST and lifetime value.
