19.01.2022 We are now booked out for the rest of this year As we are so busy I have made some strict rules for everyone who has a booking: please be at your appointment on time, any later than 10mins will need to cancel as im on a tight schedule.... make sure you can pick up on arranged time as i have no room to keep any dogs here longer than needed. make sure to check your dates and times to avoid booking any other appointment around your grooming date as i wont be able to rebook you if you choose to reschedule. lastly, I will be charging a cancellation fee of $25 for anyone who doesn't turn up to their appointments without giving 24hrs notice. I have a cancellation list and I can't fill your spot if I dont have notice. Please feel free to call or text to check your dates and times, you will recieve a reminder text 24hrs before your appointment. Sorry if this seems harsh but im just so busy & have a growing cancellation list!

If you feel unwell, have been tested or have been in contact with anyone who has recently been tested or in isolation please let us know.... Hand sanitiser is available at desk. Please come to drop off/pick up alone to minimise the amount of people in salon. Please have you dog/dogs on a lead to avoid close contact. Stay safe & will keep everyone updated if there are any changes

11.01.2022 Just a few updates We are very heavily booked out until the first week of September! So it's a good idea to start booking ahead until xmas to avoid missing out. We are no longer taking any more new cliemts until 2021.... As of 2021 we will no longer be open on saturdays. We want to spend more time with our son.

07.01.2022 As everyone is aware by now, there is a 6day lock down, we are not allowed to be open as of midnight tonight so anyone booked from tomorrow until next week tues will have to be rescheduled. I will be contacting you all as soon as I can work out what I'm going to do! I'm so sorry for the inconvenience this is going to cause but there isn't anything I can do about this!... But it is need to be done to hopefully get SA back to the way we were! See more
