20.01.2022 What is Reiki? The two-syllable Japanese word Reiki means Universal Life Force. The correct Japanese pronunciation is Rye-Key, but you will generally hear it referred to in Western circles as Ray-Key. The root meaning of Reiki means 'to make whole', and we can also break it down further to see deeper into the vibration of the name. REI - refers to the universal, the omnipresent. It can be interpreted as Transcendental Spirit, In the Heavens, Universal Life, which means spirit...ual consciousness, or the omniscient wisdom from the Source of All Things. An energy that is present everywhere - at the same time. KI - can be translated as Force, Mysterious Power, Essence. Ki energy can be activated for healing. Therefore the interpretation of the word Reiki as Universal Life Force is very appropriate. Reiki is also an exploration. It is a path to the discovery of self. In a sense, it is a connection and reconnection to ourselves and the life forces of the Universe. Words can not adequately describe Reiki; it needs to be lived and experienced. I love going to Reiki Shares and the constant support given post Reiki course. I found the structure of the class very fluid, informative and perfect for learning. 04.01.2022 49 people and my little dog Charlie joined in on the Distance Session this morning. Everyone’s name was written on a heart and anchored with a crystal. I included one to represent the community of Perth (who wish to receive) and for deep love and support for those who have suffered so badly with the bush fires this week. . I am keeping the grid activated for the entire week so the energy can integrate deeply over the coming days. If you have been struggling, tune into this a...nd bring this Universal light into your heart. There is space for you. . As I mentioned some will have felt the energy, some maybe not...but know the energy is there for you regardless. Whatever is felt is okay and perfect as It is already within you. Sessions like this open the door at your heart so you can feel it more consciously. You can tap in, tune in and work with it with your pure intention to do so. . Just a couple of comments from participants so far : I felt a white light coming, I can’t express it a better way. . For me. My hands were tingling. Then I felt energy over my heart.
