It’s been a long time coming... craziest of years We are still seeing the after affects from the drought last year and then the bushfires.. We will keep you posted as to when we OFFICIALLY open up to ‘Pick-Your-Own’ Any day now but we just have to take it day by day!... 22.01.2022 So sweet and juicy! We have so many people say we have THE BEST tasting peaches and nectarines! I’ll tell you a secret.... it’s because they’re fresh off the tree! We haven’t sprayed them to ‘hold’ them over the weekend so it’s cheaper labour.. we haven’t dipped them to ‘hold’ them on the way to market... we haven’t refrigerated them AND we haven’t gassed them to ripen them! 12.01.2022 We have an ABUNDANCE of SNOW ANGEL peaches to pick... They’re crispy and sweet and my personal favourite... And AMAZING with seafood or in a salad drizzled with balsamic... We also have YELLOW NECTARINES that have a short season so get in quick They’re juicy, sweet and fleshy and I used some in our salsa today for loaded chicken tacos... DIVINE!!
