You'll get fit, have fun, make new friends, learn new skills, discover a whole new side to yourself and build confidence! Challenge accepted?? Our Intro to Pole workshops are next week and are the perfect opportunity to try pole dancing. They're one hour and you'll learn the basics of spins, walks, climbs, floorwork, dance techniques and so much more! Yay!
