18.01.2022 Who else felt like it was saturday yesterday? lol Hate. Such a powerful word that could be used for good yet only used for destruction. Unknowingly HATE has more of an opportunity to see change then love does. We think we have to love the heck out of things to be a certain way or think a certain way or do certain things, but what if you actually needed to start hating certain behaviours SO THAT you could begin to love things that are good for you. I know for me, im learnin...g to hate sleeping in so i can love being up early and being more productive in the morning. Im learning to hate procrastination so i can love the feeling of preparation because im getting to the end of the week and i have no clothes left and a messy room cause i don't like doing washing or cleaning lol How about you? what are some things you need to hate so that you can build a love for some things you've been wanting to achieve this year? 17.01.2022 Happy tuueeessday yooooo!!! The best piece but also the most annoying piece of advice that was given to us this year so far.... "choose your pain". We're preaching to ourselves right now but this is also for everyone that set some new year goals and your wondering if you should stop them and start them back up tomorrow so you can have a cheat day or a cheat meal or a "no goals for today" kinda day. Choose your pain. Great success is determined by the level of pain you want ...to put yourself through. Whether that means putting your phone down cause you want to be more intentional with the people infront of you this year, or the amount of reading you want to do more of this year, or the sacrifices you need to make to save some money, or the kilo of Christmas weight your trying to burn off. Every goal would always be accompanied by some level of difficulty. But Choose. your. pain. #2021 #NewyearNewUnfinishedgoals #NotYouTho
