20.01.2022 Braved the not so socially distanced flight to get to Brisbane for a week of client work with one of my favourites! Thankful to have @sarina_francis on the adventure with me and for my son for including Mr Fluff Fluff in my bag who now also has to be on the adventure. ... @emporiumhotels you have been faultless so far, absolute props to all your team for outstanding service, smiles and people skills.

20.01.2022 Grateful today to be in Brisbane with a team I adore. Today marked the 1 year anniversary of the rebrand of LMW, Taylor Byrne and MVS to Acumentis. Today was Acumentis Day. There were acknowledgements of length of service, internal promotions and the inaugural Guiding Principles Awards.... Some very deserving winners and recognitions and fantastic to see the company evolve from crisis to culture champions. Never underestimate the ability to learn, grow and change.

10.01.2022 The first of our client year end gifts go out tomorrow and everything survived the trip from Perth. This year we focused on wellness and starting 2021 fresh. Some beautiful Spiced Granola by @innerspice , kombucha by @hippiekombucha and candles and cookies @by_dione Love supporting local WA businesses and giving a small but appreciated thanks to the businesses that support us and entrust us.

09.01.2022 My elf and I dropped gifts to clients today. We had a ball hanging out all day and he was very proud saying wow mummy you have lots of clients, you must be really good We went to Leederville, Dalkeith, Crawley, Subiaco, Nedlands, Highgate, Yangebup, Balcatta, Harrisdale and Belmont. Its been a massive day but my heart is full of gratitude. I think its great for him to see tangibly what I do and for my clients to meet my 'why' ... Thanks to my A Team @narelleblond and @sarina_francis for not only getting us packed up for today but for making the whole year possible.

04.01.2022 What.A.Year. We started strong and full of plans to make the world of work a better place for our clients and their teams. Come March and everything flipped on its head. Our world became COVID, JobKeeper, Redundancies and a lot of worry. We ended up busier than we wanted and personally I bit off more than I could chew. I have learnt so much about myself personally and professionally.... On the flipside I took some risks, leased an office space, and tried to do the best I could. We launched new HRIS systems for 9 clients, recruited over 50 roles, wrote countless contracts, launched a new values program and awards, ran engagement and diversity surveys, developed training content, conducted agreement analysis and the list goes on. Thankyou Sarina, Narelle and Lisa for keeping it (and me) all together and Kathy, you run your own business but are so helpful with mine. So glad I met you x I'm looking forward to 2021 and transforming my work into a space where I can really add value. Thanks to my support crew - family and friends alike.
