Can be widely used in so many ways, including calming and insomnia, especially nervous tension and restlessness. Loved by children, you'll find Australian Mandarin in my roll-on sleep/insomnia blends, some of my diffuser blends as well as in most of the face toners I make. Cold-pressed extracted from the skin of the fruit, it can refresh the senses with notes of summer, freshness and calm the heightened mood, whilst lifting a low one.

There been a lot of studies around the benefits of inhaling the oil extract of 'Piper nigrum' (Black Pepper).
