Kate contex...tualised her presentation and activities to suit the 17-25yo trainee cohort, to build workplace communication and resilience skills, with wonderful success. Session feedback was always consistent with an overall average score of 9/10 where 1 was very low satisfaction and 10 was very high satisfaction.
