18.01.2022 Jacob has always had a passion for food and his goal was to become a baker or a chef. Since joining The Personnel Group, our Illawarra team were able to support Jacob in gaining employment with @BakersDelightAlbionParkRail, as an apprentice baker. I am grateful to Stephy and John from The Personnel Group for their support, and Bakers Delight for offering me my dream role, said Jacob. I am supported by two amazing managers, along with an awesome team. Jacob’s employer, T...racey, said they enjoy Jacob’s energy and his can-do attitude. Jacob is always willing to try new things and is always learning how to better his practices. He has picked up the work extremely fast and is always working with a smile on his face, and we’ve enjoyed having him as a part of our team and look forward to a successful career ahead in baking. Jacob has started saving to buy himself a car which he hopes to purchase next year. #disabilityemployment #thepersonnelgroup #diversityintheworkplace #myfuturemychoice #communitychampions
