25.01.2022 RESCUE CATS ARE BACK!! Peaches is currently in store, and although she is a little nervous still, is a very sweet girl looking for her forever home! Come in and meet her!!

25.01.2022 GEM - She is such a stunning girl and is on the lookout for her furever home. Could that be with you? She was living with a lovely elderly lady, although unfortunately she needed to go into care and couldnt take Gem with her. She was always kept strictly indoors and we would like this to continue to keep her safe. She loves to find a sunny spot to snooze or watch the world go by out the window. She loves a good head/chin scratch although doesnt love full body pats or being... picked up, but will tolerate it. She is a guts with food so you will need to come up with a strict feeding regime for her with premium food to keep her weight down, teeth clean and generally healthy! She has recently had a dental with a couple of teeth out, so now her teeth are shiny and healthy. Gem may be able to be rehomed with a quiet fur friend and would rather there to be kids over 10 years old as she isnt used to lots of noise and being played with. She may take a week or so to feel comfortable in your home and get into a routine of what works for her, so please take this into consideration! She is just a joy to have around, so if you think you could provide her with a loving and respectful home, then call us on 4759 2655 to chat more! We love taking our pets out and about but make sure you never leave your pet in a car, it only takes a few minutes for a pet to overheat in the car even with the windows down all the way Take special care w...ith your brachycephallic breeds as they’re particularly susceptible to over heating... and if you are wanting to take your dog for a walk make sure you do it early or quite late in the day and test the ground, if it is too hot for your skin, it’ll be too hot for your pet. Liz Arnott, Chief Veterinarian RSPCA NSW From 1 July 2020 owners of cats not desexed by four months of age will be required to pay an $80 annual permit in addition to their one-off lifetime pet registration fee. This will create a stronger incentive to desex cats, which in turn will improve their health and wellbeing, including reducing the risk of some cancers. 17.01.2022 Does your pet scoff down their meals? Do they bring up parts of their meals once finished? Do they need more mental stimulation with their meal times? Then these slow feeder bowls are perfect for your pet! ... They slow them down by using puzzle formations and patterns to make it harder for them to just pick up all their food at once.
