19.01.2022 URGENT MESSAGE TO ALL DOG OWNERS! Video & Story: Toxic Processed chicken and various other Jerky Treats have been reportedly causing fatal liver & kidney failur...e in dogs all over the world for quite some time now, whether it be immediate or over a period of time, making the real cause even harder to diagnose, if you are not in the know. Possible reasons for this could be the highly toxic irradiation process (which is even done to a lot of Australian made jerky treats that are 100% Meat), Low quality, imported and diseased meats (especially from China &/or Thailand), that are still legally allowed to make up to 50% of the ingredients in "Australian Made" pet treats????, the genetically modified feeds given to the animals, the toxic chemical preservatives and flavours, the extremely high amounts of salt, the antibiotics and growth hormones given to many of the animals used in those countries, the insecticides used on their feeds, the often unhygienic processing plants of the meats ?????? The list of concerns literally goes on and on One culprit of irradiated, imported, high salt, flavoured and highly questionable??? meat / jerky treats made in China & Thailand (we would personally rather AVOID) are "MASTER PET / VITAPET'S" JERHIGH & YOURS DROOLLY RANGES OF PROCESSED DOG JERKY TREATS!!! Also... Can anybody tell us what appears fishy about the wording in this statement made by MasterPet / Vita Pet (on their website) about MasterPet's (supposedly) Healthy Naturals Range? "Our Promise: Free from artificial ingredients, colourings, chemicals, steroids, hormones and antibiotics and Australian or New Zealand sourced products" ??? 07.01.2022 Incompetent trainers get people hurt.

06.01.2022 When making your frozen treats, be sure to steer clear of anything "DIET" natural products are best. *Always be sure to check the food labels for ingredients such as Xylitol which can cause death when given to dogs. Xylitol is a low calorie sugar substitute which is 100x more toxic than chocolate when ingested by our furry friends and can be found in both Peanut Butter and Yoghurt.

04.01.2022 Just a little warning regarding the Xmas treat many stores are now starting to stock for dogs at xmas. Many of these so called treats end up with the dog "enjoy...ing" some time in a veterinary surgery over Christmas. The vast majority of these rawhide products and treats come from China. The chews are made from cattle or horse hides and their journey starts with the hides being soaked in a toxic sodium sulphide to remove the hair and fat. More chemicals are used in order to split the hide into layers which is then washed with hydrogen peroxide to give the white "pure" look and remove the rancid smell. Now comes the pretty festive colours and the glue to form cute shapes. On testing, these chews have shown traces of arsenic, mercury, chromium and formaldehyde. If that wasn't bad enough, they regularly cause intestinal blockages, poisoning from chemical residue and choking. The chews go slippery when wet and are near impossible to get hold of to save a choking dog. Leave them in the shop where they belong or if some well meaning person buys them for your dog put them safely away for later, then dispatch in the bin! Please be safe with your dogs!

04.01.2022 This is extremely disturbing and the very reason l source and produce my own pet food. I hate to think how these euthanized animals/pets got into this canned food.
