25.01.2022 COVID-19 Health Alert 17 November 2020 (10.49am) Anyone who visited the The Aquadome, 1 Crockerton Rd, Elizabeth on Saturday 14 November between 11.00 am 1....30 pm must self-quarantine immediately for 14 days and seek testing. SA Health is contacting people who attended the location who may have been in close contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case. You may receive an SMS from SA Health. It is important that you self-quarantine properly to protect the community. If your house is appropriately set up so you do not have contact with other people, others who live with you are not required to self-quarantine (unless requested by SA Health or SA Police). 21.01.2022 Wearing a face mask provides an additional physical barrier, and helps to slow the spread of COVID-19. . How to put a mask on: 1 Wash and dry (or sanitis...e) your hands. 2 Take your clean, unused mask by the ear loops or strings. 3 Put them over your ears or tie them behind your head. 4 Make sure your mask is completely covering your nose, mouth and chin. . Don’t touch or adjust the front of your mask while wearing it it’s the part that’s protecting you from COVID-19. If you do touch it by accident, wash or sanitise your hands right away. . How to take a mask off: 1 Wash and dry (or sanitise) your hands. 2 Do not touch the front of your mask while removing it. Use only the ear loops or strings. 3 Store cloth face masks in a plastic bag until you have an opportunity to wash them. When disposing single-use surgical face masks, place in a bag or lined bin. Samantha completed her Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2016, and has over 5 years experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Samantha has special interests in treating patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions ranging from chronic low back pain, hip and pelvic dysfunctions, shoulder conditions, cervicogenic headaches and vertigo.... Samantha uses a combination of manual therapy, exercises based rehabilitation and education to help her patients achieve their goals. Dedicated to her passion of learning and evolving her skills, Samantha consistently endeavours to deliver the best possible outcomes for her patients backed up by current evidence practice. The Chooks (Lauren’s team) raised a whopping $19k, contributing to a net total raised of $1.5 million for the children’s charity. We are incredibly proud of their efforts to raise such a significant amount for a fantastic cause.
