21.01.2022 Hello friends of the Piano Mill! Yes, we are still here and thinking how sad it has been - amongst all the sadness this year - not to have been able to present our last two Lagavulin concerts. This one would have been our last for the year. We will miss seeing Evaristo in the flesh but look forward to the surprises and delights that are sure to be in this collaboration online ... Please join us!

20.01.2022 Merry Christmas and a happy news story from The Piano Mill

17.01.2022 "The only thing more badass than a piano orchestra is a prepared piano orchestra." #19 All’s Grist that comes to the Mill right up there on the charts!

16.01.2022 As we near the end of a difficult year and look forward to a better 2021 for everyone, and as we dream up fabulous new musical adventures at the Piano Mill, Vanessa Tomlinson takes a look back ... In 2009, Sounding the Condamine was a project Clocked Out produced to celebrate the Condamine Bell. It brought a community together in a beautiful way, recalling history, making music together, telling stories, honouring people and place. This is what the Arts - musicians and artists - can bring out in communities. It’s more than just going to a concert, it’s the joy of being part of it ... Hats off to Vanessa Tomlinson and Erik Griswold for keeping the creative juices flowing year after year ... especially this year!

13.01.2022 In case you missed the livestream on Friday night, here is a recording of it...complete with audio glitches as we travel around this country. Featuring Jocelyn Wolfe (on piano) and many Piano Mill regulars.

11.01.2022 From all at The Piano Mill we hope 2021 brings hope where there’s been despair, happiness where there’s been sorrow and wisdom for each tomorrow. We certainly hope we can share more musical adventures with you over Easter this year and resume our Lagavulin concert series. Plans are underway ... keep an eye on the page for updates. There is no doubt that the grass is looking greener!

06.01.2022 Last but not least! Kristin Berardi’s ‘I want to be a trotter’ takes the Boundary Rider commissions to another level of fascinating invention and charm. In the end, who wouldn’t want to go trotting with this lot? And have Tangible Media turn the magic handle!
