25.01.2022 PRODUCT LAUNCH!! To add more resistance training to our mat workouts at home and also to bring with you to the studio when we are back open, here are our NEW resistance bands!! . 5 varying strengths in the pack to cater to all abilities. .... Using these in the studio will eliminate the use of towels and therobands which will improve studio hygiene. . Comes with a little carry pouch so you can throw them in your glove box/handbag to bring to class. . Select Pick Up option if you live close by. (If you technically arent within 5km but still live reasonably close, I will do a delivery run so you can still choose Pick up and save $ on postage ) . Im so excited about these! They will be great for all sorts of rehab, homework exercises, home workouts and resistance training! . Link in comments and also on website . Only a handful left from this first release (my Pilates Tribe had access first ) so be sure to hurry!

10.01.2022 Hi everyone! How are you all? Well, what a state of affairs we are finding ourselves in With the new restrictions beginning today, I was wondering how you are all doing? With everyones different industries and jobs being effected differently, I hope you are all ok ... If you live within the 5km radius of my place, let me know if you want to borrow any small equipment to do some Pilates at home? Im happy to lend it as it seems as if it will be quite some time before we can get back into the studio If you are interested in seeing what my family and I are getting up to, be sure youre following my personal Facebook account My Little Man Tribe as I post on there most days Please reach out if you need anything...... or if you are feeling isolated.....
