22.01.2022 Classes will continue as normal tonight (Monday) but due to the recent announcement from the government all classes from midnight tonight will be cancelled for 2 weeks. We will continue to reach out to you as we get more information about what is going it.

18.01.2022 Hi TPD crew With broken hearts we have to announce again that we will once be closing as per government instruction a result of the covid outbreak in SA. Looks like 2 weeks at this stage but stay tuned! Fear not, we are working super hard to promptly put everybody’s passes on hold as well as cancelling all classes and reimbursing booked classes. All memberships/passes will have extensions added once we know more!!... We will be sending an email out tonight and will continue to keep in contact as we know more! Our mats are made from recycled rubber and are totally free of any toxic glue, silicone and phthalates. They have a grippy rubber base with a ultra absorbent soft towel top. Because they are a 2-in-1 mat you won’t need to bring an additional towel to class!... Bonus points, our mats are machine washable! 09.01.2022 We are excited to finally share with you guys a little project we have all been working on behind the scenes as a team. Our eco friendly ‘combo’ mats. The base for our mats is made from natural recycled rubber. This natural rubber is environmentally friendly and is a renewable resource. ... They are a 2-in-1 mat; part mat part towel. 08.01.2022 We want to thank everyone for being so patient while we crossed over to the new booking system It’s been an uncomfortable few months between shutting down and then the ever continuing issues with our booking software. We have finally transitioned to our new and improved software and boy does it feel good!
