13.01.2022 The Challenge has Started! Time to start your food diaries. Write down everything that you eat or drink. Be honest and dont hide anything. Use the Weight Management Program on this page for guidance, or an app on your smart phone, My Fitness Pal is a good one. Log down all your exercise too. Pilates - Reformer uses 240 to 380 calories. We will be checking these and looking at how we can change habits and start new ideas.... Set your goals now! From Monday next week, we will be asking what your goals are. Make sure to write them down and keep it visible. This is now the start of your new body! See more

Everyone is now on the way to starting the 12 Week Challenge. 1st things 1st, lets start setting goals, there is a goal setting guide in your goodie bag, follow these steps and we shall be discussing your goals over the next week. Remember, make them achievable, make them easy to make into little steps and make them fun.
