Hyper-Kyphosis (excessive upper back curve). Your posture is a reflection of your genetics, your environment, your physiology, your movement patterns, your personality and your emotions. Your posture is a moving artwork of who you are! The 2 things we need to be concerned about are excessive compression loads and poor joint congruency within your posture. This is the real enemy, when you may be repeatedly overusing or incorrectly using certain parts of your body that could lead to degeneration or pain.
